Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations, resolve maintenance issues, and obtain client approvals for billing.
• Determine transferee housing needs and set expectations about the process.
• Communicate with Regional Tenancy Manager to ensure housing options meet criteria and respond promptly to questions.
• Collaborate with expense/billing teams for accurate billing and post-arrival/file audits.
• Cross-train Housing Coordinators, manage client communication, generate reports, and support audits as needed.
