Alloy Health is seeking an experienced Corporate FP&A Manager to own the company-wide financial planning, close, and reporting infrastructure. You will transform numbers into clear stories for the executive team and board, partnering across teams to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to leadership.
• Experience building and scaling FP&A in high-growth environments.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close with variance analysis and timeliness.
• Own forecasting and budget-to-actual tracking with executive cadence.
• Define and monitor KPIs and build dashboards for leadership.
• Develop scalable financial models and multi-year planning.
• Partner with leaders to translate needs into financial inputs.
• Manage accounting relationships and ensure internal controls.
• Lead automation and process improvements in FP&A.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and investor discussions.
