Job summary

START Research is seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our finance team. This remote role reports to the Vice President of Finance and drives planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting for the organization.

You will build and maintain financial models and dashboards, prepare the Corporate MD&A, and support site openings with capital and budgeting analyses. You’ll partner with department leaders to improve forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, operational finance, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with planning systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Revamp FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and department reviews.
• Support annual budgeting/forecasting with department leaders.
• Prepare Corporate MD&A and materials for senior leadership/investors.
• Develop models and dashboards for Opex, cash flow, and drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Lead ad hoc analyses for executive decision-making.
