Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to build the accounting infrastructure from the ground up. This remote role with travel amplifies scale, acquisitions, and ERP implementation across a multi-entity platform.

Lead GAAP reporting, close cycles, treasury, and lender covenant management while integrating acquired entities into Aspire, ADP, Ramp, and Power BI ecosystems. A CPA with 12+ years in PE-backed settings is ideal.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in controllership and multi-entity reporting.
• Hands-on experience in post-close integration and acquisitive environments.
• Expertise with ASC 805, ASC 606, ASC 842 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Own close, reporting, internal controls, GAAP compliance and treasury.
• Lead full acquisition integration including opening balance sheets and PPA.
• Manage ERP implementation and tech stack integration post-close.
• Provide monthly reporting packages to PE sponsor with KPIs and variance analysis.
• Oversee debt covenants, lender reporting, and treasury operations.
