Job summary

Swyfft Holdings, LLC is seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to lead our accounting function with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will oversee close processes, reporting, compliance, and the relationship with external auditors.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in accounting/finance, CPA, and experience with NetSuite, IMS, and Concur. This is a 100% remote U.S. based role requiring travel for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Insurance industry experience required.
• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close per GAAP and prepare financial statements.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and payroll/equity transactions.
• Develop and implement accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
