Job summary

Venture Medical, LLC, a leading wound-care company, is seeking a full-time Corporate Controller to join our growing team. This remote role with travel to Montana oversees accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls to maximize profitability and ensure compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting with 5+ in a controller role, strong GAAP knowledge, NetSuite experience, and leadership ability to mentor staff while coordinating with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ in controller/senior leadership.
• Experience with GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including payroll, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Lead multi-entity finances and consolidation.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies aligned with GAAP and company goals.
• Oversee NetSuite and suggest reporting/process optimizations.
• Manage external accountants, auditors, and tax preparers.
