Job summary

Corps Team is seeking an experienced Controller for a fully remote role with travel to portfolio companies as needed. You will baseline the books, stand up structure, and prepare for audits across acquisitions.

This role supports an aerospace/defense focus, embedding professional finance discipline within newly acquired entities and coordinating with the founder team to scale operations. You will work with NetSuite, build budgets, and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong controller-level or senior finance experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Baseline the books for the company and external advisors.
• Stand up cost tracking and control accounts; build department budgets.
• Track invested capital against the industrial plan and use of funds.
• Establish regular financial reporting cadence for leadership.
• Support audit readiness and conversion with external advisors.
• Implement systems and processes for contract- and resource-level cost tracking with NetSuite.
