Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA designation is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience overseeing an accounting function or team.
• Experience with SaaS or technology companies; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, revenue recognition, internal controls, audits, and accounting operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, financial reporting software, and accounting systems; accounting automation tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare financial statements per U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee subscription revenue accounting and ASC 606 compliance.
• Design and maintain scalable internal controls; coordinate external audits; oversee tax and regulatory compliance.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, billing, reconciliations, and reporting.
