Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Corporate Controller to own the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, delivering US GAAP financial statements with multi-entity consolidation. The role focuses on disciplined close processes, accurate reporting, and scalable controls across a growing international footprint.

You will drive revenue recognition for complex contracts, establish accounting policies, manage external audits, and guide the ERP roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
CPA license required.
12+ years accounting experience with 5+ in leadership.
Experience building and leading multi-layer accounting teams.
Big 4 or national-firm public accounting experience.
Deep understanding of US GAAP (ASC 606).
Proven external audits leadership and SOX-ready controls.

Responsibilities

Own global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Deliver accurate US GAAP financial statements with multi-entity consolidation.
Establish and document accounting policies and defend them with auditors.
Lead revenue recognition for complex contracts and advise on accounting implications.
Own the external audit relationship and lead the annual audit.
Define the SOX readiness roadmap and implement internal controls.
Set the accounting systems roadmap and scale the ERP and tools.
