Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Corporate Controller for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will lead accounting operations, ensure timely financial close, and drive financial systems improvements while mentoring the accounting team and coordinating audits and tax compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 10+ years of experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. CPA and MS/MBA preferred, with international operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; a Master of Science or MBA is preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• At least 10 years of full-time experience in public accounting or industry.
• Experience supporting international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Remote team leadership experience in distributed environments.
• Strong GAAP accounting, internal controls, reconciliations and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and related disbursements.
• Manage international accounting for foreign entities and currency translation.
• Drive financial systems improvements and implement NetSuite, Concur and ADP projects.
• Direct audit preparation and collaborate with external auditors and tax compliance.
• Advise executives on GAAP, financial reporting and strategic risk.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team and foster process improvements.
