Job summary

Jobgether based in the United States is seeking a Corporate Controller for a full-time remote role. The position leads accounting operations, financial close, policy development, and internal controls across a multi-entity organization with international operations.

You will mentor the accounting team, drive system improvements (NetSuite, Concur, ADP), coordinate audits and tax compliance, and advise the CFO and executive team on GAAP applications and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MS or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting or industry.
• Experience with international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Remote team leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, reconciliations, audit requirements, and financial close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with timely reporting.
• Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
• Oversee international accounting and currency translation across entities.
• Lead financial system improvements and deployments (NetSuite, Concur, ADP).
• Coordinate audit preparation and support external audits and tax compliance.
• Advise CFO/CEO on GAAP, reporting, and risk management.
