Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Controller in the United States to lead accounting operations, close processes, and internal controls across a multinational organization. You will guide financial reporting, policy development, and risk management while mentoring the accounting team.

This executive role emphasizes technical accounting leadership, collaboration with senior leadership, and driving financial systems improvements, including NetSuite, Concur, and ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; a Master of Science or MBA is preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• At least 10 years of full-time experience in public accounting or industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizations with international operations.
• Experience managing remote teams and leading accounting professionals in distributed work environments.
• Exceptional accounting, analytical, and financial reporting skills with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Financial systems proficiency; NetSuite is highly preferred; familiarity with Concur and ADP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accurate financial information for reporting.
• Establish accounting policies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, cash receipts, and aging processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, POs, petty cash, expenses, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
• Manage accounting for international offices and currency translation under US GAAP; oversee foreign tax obligations.
• Maintain systems integrity and develop processes to ensure data reliability.
• Lead financial system improvements and implementations with NetSuite, Concur, and ADP.
• Direct audit preparation and quality assurance on reconciliations and interim data.
• Advise CFO/CEO on GAAP applications and financial reporting.
