Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Controller for a full-time remote position in the United States. The role leads accounting operations, closes, policies, internal controls, and risk management while guiding finance strategy and system improvements.

You will manage international accounting, oversee audits and tax compliance, and mentor a distributed accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MS/MBA preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• 10+ years of full-time experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience supporting international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Remote team leadership experience in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and cash controls.
• Manage international accounting for foreign offices.
• Lead financial systems improvements, including NetSuite.
• Coordinate audit preparation and tax compliance.
• Advise executive leadership on GAAP and financial reporting.
• Improve reporting quality and ensure data reliability.
• Develop and mentor accounting team.
