Jobot is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the Corporate group. The role focuses on corporate transactional work, including finance transactions, mergers, governance, and related advisory services for diverse clients and industries.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D., strong academic performance, and bar membership, with hands-on experience in drafting resolutions, operating documents, and securities-related agreements.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. with strong academic performance and bar license.
• Experience drafting board/shareholder resolutions, notes, operating agreements, and related governance documents.
• Experience with intellectual property rights, governance, financing, indemnification, and fund-raising.

Aufgaben

• Structure, negotiate, document, and manage various transactions.
• Provide strategic business and legal advice to clients on general matters.
• Advise on legal rights, contracts, and other matters arising from agreements.
• Advise on changes in the law with respect to restrictive covenants in employment.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships with clear deal communication.
• Contribute to departmental process development and deal resources.
