The ideal candidate has a JD, 2–6 years of relevant experience, admission to the state bar, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple negotiations and documents from start to finish.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2–6 years of attorney experience with joint venture structuring.
• Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex joint venture agreements and related documents.
• Providing legal advice on structuring, formation, governance, and dissolution of joint ventures.
• Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings related to joint ventures.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support recommendations.
• Collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals to align strategies with client objectives.
