Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic performance and bar in good standing.
• Extensive experience in corporate transactional work (financing, mergers, governance).
• Proven contract drafting and deal structuring skills.
• Experience with start-ups, corporate formation, and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, document, and manage corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic business and legal advice to clients.
• Counsel on contractual rights and responsibilities.
• Advise on changes in law affecting restrictive covenants in employment.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and support deal making.
• Contribute to internal processes and deal resources.
