Job summary

VistaPrint, a Cimpress company, invites experienced accounting professionals to join our international team. You will manage general ledger close, intercompany activities, and statutory reporting across Cyprus, the US, and other entities using SAP in a multi-entity environment.

You will coordinate audits, ensure revenue recognition compliance, handle multi-currency reconciliations, and support transfer pricing while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English for effective global stakeholder collaboration and auditor interaction.
• Proven track record of multi-currency reconciliations and month-end close in a multi-entity structure.

Responsibilities

• Execute general ledger accounting and month-end close workflows within SAP across multi-entity setups.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations, maintaining reporting integrity.
• Prepare statutory Financial Statements for Cyprus entities under IFRS while supporting consolidated US GAAP reporting requirements.
• Oversee revenue recognition compliance for customer contracts, deferred revenue schedules, and digital revenue streams.
• Manage accounting in payroll, indirect tax and intercompany areas.
• Support transfer pricing global team with relevant calculations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, facilitating data requests and ensuring audit execution.
