You will own the full MVNO architecture, including subscriber databases, packet core, and signalling, from design through validation. You will oversee technical delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust performance, while collaborating with international teams to establish scalable engineering practices for travelers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile core networks and 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in HSS/HLR, packet core, VoLTE, and signalling protocols.
• Experience with MVNO integrations and cross-market regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five engineers and QA specialists in a fully remote environment.
• Oversee technical delivery from architecture through testing and operational handover.
• Collaborate with international teams to establish scalable engineering practices.
• Own Full MVNO architecture including subscriber databases, packet core, and signalling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including lawful interception and emergency routing.
• Drive quality assurance and testing to meet performance and reliability standards.
