Job summary

Airalo seeks a senior partnerships lead to establish and manage host operator collaborations enabling Airalo-operated local networks. You will shape market entry, build business cases, and drive negotiations with operators to accelerate growth.

You will own the end-to-end market journey, from strategy and negotiation to technical integration and ongoing service management, thriving in our fully remote, trust-based culture with 400+ colleagues across 60+ countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mobile telecommunications with wholesale/MVNO partnerships.
• Deep understanding of MVNO architectures, mobile core, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience closing at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements.
• Comfort working in a fully distributed, trust-based remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage host operator partnerships to launch Airalo-operated local networks.
