Job summary

MLR Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer - Design for a remote contract role. The consultant must be based in Europe and will design, plan, and deploy core network elements including HLR/HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP and EIR.

Responsibilities include project deployments, system integrations, validation and acceptance testing, and troubleshooting during deployment. Proficiency with Unix/Linux, scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible) and container platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience in mobile core networks.
• Must be based in Europe for remote work delivery.
• Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G architectures and core network elements.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement core network elements including HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP, EIR.
• Execute deployments, integrations, validation testing, and acceptance procedures.
• Troubleshoot call flow issues and deployment bottlenecks.
• Author comprehensive technical documentation (LLD, CIQ, DND, ATP, MOP).
• Manage test and acceptance activities with Managed Services, NPI, Care and R&D.
