Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Network Coordinator to join our Network Contracting team. This remote role is open to candidates in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri or Texas, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

You will support the execution of the local network strategy, ensure providers have the information and support needed to deliver high-quality care, and report to the Director, Network Contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years healthcare-related field.
• 1+ years of work experience in project management, operations or related.
• 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google suite equivalent).
• 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity.
• Experience negotiating contracts with ancillaries, facilities, specialty providers, and physician groups.
• Experience in a project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and/or execution of a network construction and support plan for a market or state.
• Meet defined metrics and SLAs including provider issue resolution and/or contract completion.
• Support contracting negotiations including data entry, research, provider outreach, and other tasks.
• Assist with regional provider identification, sourcing, and contracting efforts.
• Document provider feedback and questions to improve templates and processes.
• Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy, construction and improvement.
