Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Network Coordinator to join our Network Contracting team in a remote role open to candidates in AZ, FL, GA, MO or TX. You will support membership growth and provider relations across our service area, reporting to the Director, Network Contracting.

Occasional travel may be required for meetings and events. You will help execute network strategy, manage data entry and outreach, and contribute to quality outcomes while meeting SLAs and staying compliant with healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year in healthcare field.
• 1+ year in project management, operations or related.
• 1+ year experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 1+ year experience in a client-facing or customer-support role.

Responsibilities

• Support design/execution of a network construction and support plan for a market/state.
• Meet defined metrics and SLAs including provider issue resolution and contract completion.
• Support contracting negotiations including data entry, research, provider outreach, and administrative tasks.
• Work with senior network specialists to support identification, sourcing, and contracting with providers in a region.
• Document and share provider feedback to improve templates and processes.
• Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy, construction, and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
