Job summary

Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri seeks an Administrative Leader to drive solution-focused housing interventions for youth in a remote Missouri role. You’ll apply a Housing First philosophy, support low-barrier access, and manage comprehensive assessments.

You will enter data into HMIS/HUD databases, prepare month-end reports, and build partnerships to enhance services. Travel and flexible hours are required to meet client needs in a dynamic, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ year nonprofit social service experience; management preferred.
• Experience with at-risk teens; housing instability experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization, efficiency, and systems thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solution-focused housing interventions to expedite housing placement.
• Maintain a low-barrier Housing First access point for youth.
• Complete comprehensive youth assessments (in-person as needed).
• Enter data into HMIS and HUD-compliant databases.
• Prepare and submit month-end reports.
• Develop community partnerships to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in outreach to increase program referrals.
• Collaborate with colleagues of diverse backgrounds; communicate with supervisors.
• Travel for trainings, meetings, and direct care as needed.
• Flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
