You will work closely with the CEO, VP Engineering, VP Research, and other executives to scale our rapidly growing startup and execute strategic initiatives that expand our market reach.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in a startup environment, strong fundraising and hiring capabilities, and a passion for advancing AI.

• Experience in a senior leadership role guiding an organization.
• Strong startup fundamentals, including fundraising, hiring, and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company-wide operations including Sales, Customer Relations, and Finance.
• Collaborate with VP Engineering, VP Research, and CEO to optimize processes across forecasting, staffing, and investor communications.
• Lead hiring efforts and build scalable org structures as the company scales.
