Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business operations or leadership roles.
• Experience in management consulting or advisory background with hands-on operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with finance function exposure.
• Proven track record architecting operational systems and dashboards.
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and strategic reporting for fast-growing organizations.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational decisions and embed operational rigor across all functions.
• Design enterprise metrics, dashboards, and governance for executive decisions.
• Architect reporting lines and scale the organizational structure to support growth.
• Oversee finance, HR, talent, culture, and core workflows in a unified operations backbone.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align strategy with day-to-day execution.
