Omilia is seeking a Conversational UX Specialist to own the design quality of its conversational experiences within the Solution Optimization team. You will design user-centric flows and validate them with real interaction data to improve KPIs and overall solution quality across accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven UX design experience for Conversational AI systems.
- Copywriting proficiency for natural dialogue.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Growth mindset with analytical and creative thinking.
- Detail-oriented with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end conversational UX design ensuring scalable, modular flows.
- Translate business needs into user-centric design solutions.
- Present concepts to stakeholders advocating user-first principles.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical viability.
- Document design decisions and user flows.
- Track KPI benchmarks across features to identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze live interactions to identify and fix design issues.
