Omilia is seeking a Conversational AI application developer to join the Solution Delivery team. The role involves building production-grade conversational and agentic AI systems for enterprise clients, using Omilia's Cloud Platform and a mix of generative and rule-based technologies.

You will design and implement hybrid AI applications, work with customers to capture requirements, and collaborate across teams to debug and improve products.

Formación

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or Natural Language.
• Fluent English and Greek; strong communication with customers.
• Interest in Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG).
• Knowledge of basic programming principles and problem-solving mindset.
• Ambition, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Design the application in line with usability principles and business requirements.
• Develop hybrid Conversational AI apps with agentic and rule-based capabilities.
• Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using OCP tech.
• Code application logic with JavaScript and integrate with client systems via REST.
• Engage in test-driven development, unit and regression tests.
• Analyze real-life dialogs with analytics tools to identify improvements.
• Debug with customers and team members; provide product feedback to the team.
• Support partners and customers during day-2 operations and share insights.
