Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of engineers and deliver integrated electrical and control systems across multiple projects. This remote role offers 50% travel and opportunities to shape a business line with high growth potential.

You will partner with executive management, sales, and project teams to drive growth, mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in industrial automation/controls integration.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business growth plan with Executive Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field service staff.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, drive P&L for the team.
