Job summary

Looma is seeking a Controller to own accounting operations end to end, reporting to the CFO. This remote role will lead a small team and build durable processes around a capex-heavy balance sheet, with responsibility for close, treasury, reporting, and system improvements.

You’ll drive cash forecasting, lender reporting, board materials, and ongoing finance projects while shaping the finance function as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in audit and corporate accounting with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the monthly close process.
• Identify and implement efficiencies to shorten the close cycle.
• Bring outsourced accounting work in house over time.
• Cash forecasting.
• Manage payables and collections.
• Reporting on cash position.
