Qualiphy PC is hiring a Controller to own accounting across the Qualiphy group of entities, handling multi-entity ledgers, intercompany activity, and revenue recognition for a telehealth platform. This hands-on role requires building controls, managing high-volume transactions, and delivering timely consolidated financials.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in accounting, 3+ years in a controller-like role, healthcare finance experience, and strong US GAAP knowledge, with CPA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller/Accounting Manager role.
• Experience across multi-entity environments with intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred, especially MSO/PC or physician-owned structures.
• Experience in high-volume, transaction-heavy businesses (SaaS, marketplaces, payments).
• US GAAP knowledge and multi-state tax considerations.
• Experience with audit preparation or financial due diligence.

Responsabilités

• Maintain separate ledgers for MSO and PC entities and prepare GAAP financial statements.
• Account for intercompany activity and reconcile balances monthly.
• Own revenue recognition for per-consult, subscription, and platform fees.
• Run a documented monthly close process and deliver finance packs to leadership.
• Build internal controls and prepare for external audit and tax filings.
