Job summary

Precise Behavioral, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Controller to build scalable financial processes for a fast-growing behavioral healthcare provider.

You will lead monthly closes, manage multi-entity accounting across states, and partner with operations and revenue cycle teams to improve cash flow. The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of accounting leadership, a CPA/MACC, and experience with Sage Intacct and external audits.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• CPA and/or MACC strongly preferred.
• Controller or Assistant Controller experience in a fast-growing healthcare delivery business.
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software preferred.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare claims, reimbursement and Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all close processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) with speed and accuracy.
• Build and manage accounting across multiple entities and states.
• Oversee AP/AR, Payroll, GL, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Manage intercompany accounting and consolidation within PC/MSO structures.
• Collaborate with operations and revenue cycle teams to improve collections and cash flow.
• Establish KPI-driven reporting and strong internal controls across the organization.
• Coordinate annual external audit processes and audit support.
• Support ongoing improvements for institutional-quality reporting and controls.
