Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting/finance with increasing responsibilities, incl. 3–5 years in controller leadership.
• Hands-on general ledger, close, reconciliations, and financial reporting plus FP&A.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and external audits.
• Experience leading multi-entity or intercompany reporting; remote team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting functions for a private company with ~$500M in annual sales.
• Own GL, monthly close, financial reporting, internal controls, external audit, and cash management.
• Guide FP&A and Financial Operations, automate processes, and scale the finance function.
• Manage a remote team of ~5 accountants across multiple time zones.
