You will manage and mentor a remote accounting team, oversee GAAP compliance, and drive improvements in financial processes to support growth and client success. The role emphasizes strategic planning, accurate reporting, and leadership to deliver timely insights while maintaining high ethics and client trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and integrity of clients' financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead the accounting function including GAAP adherence and tax compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports; translate data into actionable insights.
