Job summary

A La Carte Solutions is seeking a results-driven Controller to serve as the financial steward for multiple private clients across diverse industries, embracing a fully remote work model.

You will lead and mentor Shared Services Specialists and Accountants, own all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, GAAP adherence, and internal controls, and translate data into actionable business insights for client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA highly preferred; public accounting exp valued.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (QB, Xero, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls for clients.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
• Mentor Shared Services and accounting staff.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
