You will oversee reporting, compliance, and internal controls while mentoring Shared Services Specialists and staff accountants in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA highly preferred.
• 8–10 years accounting experience in small privately-held, entrepreneurial companies; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and integrity of clients' financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Take ownership of the accounting function including GAAP adherence and tax compliance.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports with business alignment.
• Manage complex financial projects and mentor a remote team.
• Identify and implement new service opportunities for existing clients.
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
