The successful candidate will connect financial results to operational performance, provide actionable guidance, and collaborate with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or comparable accounting background preferred.
• Substantial progressive experience as Controller, Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and financial reporting, including community-level and consolidated results.
• Oversee multi-community, multi-entity, and multi-state accounting and intercompany activity.
• Develop concise reporting linking financial results to operations and KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and planning across portfolios.
