Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a Contracts Consultant: Level 4 for a 100% remote engagement in the United States. The role focuses on managing contracts for digital and print products, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

The position requires extensive contract management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, law or related fields (JD a plus).
• 10+ years in contract management, incl. drafting and negotiating sales, licensing, and IT-related agreements.
• Strong understanding of licensing, IP rights, and contract construction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to align contract strategies with Client objectives in the U.S. Higher Education market.
• Provide contract terms and responses for RFIs/RFPs and client proposals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, addendums, and statements of work; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
