Themesoft Inc is seeking a Sr. Contract Administrator to lead contract strategy, drafting and negotiation for digital and print products in the U.S. Higher Education market.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and legal to align contracts with business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. You will generate and amend agreements, lead negotiations with HE customers and distributors, and support risk assessments and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD a plus.
• Minimum ten years of contract management experience, with drafting and negotiating sales, licensing and IT security agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract construction, licensing and IP rights.
• Working knowledge of federal and state data privacy regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with sales to align strategies for education product contracts in the U.S. Higher Education market.
• Provides terms and responses for RFIs/RFPs and client proposals.
• Identify risks and propose safeguards to mitigate contract risks with HE customers and distributors.
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation with internal teams and customers.
• Create and maintain contracts, addenda, amendments and statements of work.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with HE customers and distributors.
• Support business cases with benefit/cost/risks analyses during drafting and finalization.
• Serve as primary contact to address contract questions and provide guidance on rights and obligations.
• Improve revenue contract management processes to handle volume, product/service mix, discounts and renewals.
