Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement operations, or a related field.
• Experience with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) or procurement system.
• Strong understanding of contract workflows, approval processes, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when processes deviate from standard workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement contract-related projects within the decided budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with CLM process and procurement policies.
