Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Contracts Specialist to review professional services agreements, MSAs, and SOWs, assess risk, and coordinate redlines with Sales and leadership. You will maintain the central contracts database, track key dates, and ensure accurate, accessible documentation for renewals and terminations.

You will also own contract templates, drive policy changes with Legal, and support cross-functional teams using SharePoint, Salesforce, and other tools,

Qualifikationen

• Experience reviewing professional services agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and change orders.
• Knowledge of risk terms: indemnification, liability, SLAs, data/privacy, and insurance.
• Experience building or maintaining a contract repository or tracker.
• Experience carrying template or process changes to adoption across teams.
• Ability to size risk, recommend responses, and support decision-makers.
• Experience with outside counsel or in-house counsel.

Aufgaben

• Act as first-line reviewer for contracts, amendments, and RFPs from Sales and internal teams.
• Identify terms carrying real risk, quantify costs, and recommend responses including redlines.
• Coordinate redlines and approvals between Sales and leadership; manage status and next steps.
• Support internal teams with risk questions on software and IT agreements and security questionnaires.
• Own insurance requirements in contracts; coordinate annual renewal with broker; assist on COIs.
