Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Contract Review, Negotiation, and Risk Management professional to review project agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, and related documents within authority thresholds. You will escalate non-standard terms and prepare addendums.

In this role you will manage contract lifecycle tasks in iReview, coordinate insurance and bonding, support regulatory and prevailing wage processes, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and other partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or commercial negotiation.
• Knowledge of contract terms and risk identification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems including iReview.
• Preferred: experience in construction, technology integration, or government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate project agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, NDAs, lien-related documents, insurance requirements, and other assigned contract types within authority limits.
• Escalate agreements outside approved parameters or with non-standard terms.
• Prepare and revise contract addendums per company standards.
• Identify and communicate contractual risks related to payment terms, indemnity, or insurance requirements.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and procedural requirements.
• Manage contract lifecycle tasks including intake, routing, negotiation, and signature execution in iReview.
• Coordinate insurance, bonding, and compliance support; ensure alignment with contract terms.
• Assist with regulatory and prevailing wage support and subcontractor onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and other teams for timely contract handling.
