Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. in Herndon is seeking a Contracts Administrator to identify risks, redline agreements, and ensure subcontracts, RFPs, and staffing agreements align with our business goals.

You will lead negotiations with external clients and vendors, review MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs, and collaborate with HR and legal to uphold compliance and prudent terms. This onsite role requires 3–5+ years of contract experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration; formal legal background preferred.
• 3–5+ years reviewing, redlining, and negotiating corporate contracts and subcontracts.
• Exceptional verbal and technical writing skills for clear contractual obligations.
• Experience with CLM and Bid Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Proposal & Subcontract Management in partnership with the Proposal Team.
• Review, analyze, and identify risks in complex RFPs, solicitations, and subcontracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Identify and mitigate unfavorable terms including indemnification, IP creep, penalties, and payment terms.
• Negotiate staffing agency agreements and vendor contracts; collaborate with HR and legal.
