Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Professional to review, revise, and negotiate the legal terms and conditions of customer contracts on behalf of the company.

You will work with internal operational and commercial managers to understand proposed services, assess risks, and resolve issues during negotiations. The role requires navigating TEAM’s contracting guidelines, escalating material risks to Legal Department counsel, and ensuring final documents accurately reflect negotiated terms.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in contracts administration or similar role.
• Experience reviewing, revising, and negotiating customer contracts.
• Knowledge of indemnification, liability limits, insurance, warranties, termination, and IP terms.
• Ability to explain terms clearly and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word with tracked changes and document comparison.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and negotiate legal terms in Master Service Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, NDAs, and related amendments.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and propose redlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand proposed services and business context; explain risks and proposed revisions.
• Schedule and conduct customer negotiation calls and related correspondence.
• Maintain division between legal and commercial review; refer pricing and other commercial terms to responsible managers.
• Escalate material risks to Legal Department counsel and obtain approvals before finalizing terms.
• Manage contract reviews through resolution and maintain version control and tracking.
