Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a Contracts Manager to own the contract lifecycle end-to-end across all commercial agreements. You will draft, negotiate, and manage vendor and customer contracts, building templates and workflows to scale operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensure timely renewals, and maintain a clear contract repository in a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment. 5+ years of relevant experience and fluency with AI-enabled workflows are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, procurement, or commercial legal roles.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and order forms.
• Ability to negotiate with significant latitude.
• Proficiency with Ironclad or equivalent CLM; template/workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and archive.
• Negotiate standard and non-standard terms directly.
• Own commercial contract amendments.
• Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and Ironclad workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on terms and process.
• Own the contract repository and reporting.
