Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4–8 years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, and external parties to structure, negotiate, and finalize contracts while balancing legal and commercial objectives.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks related to data privacy, IP, security, indemnification, liability, and compliance.
