Job summary

Vitesse Systems, LLC seeks a Contracts Administrator to manage customer contracts, POs and related agreements through the entire contract lifecycle. You will work with Sales, Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure compliance and support business growth.

The role requires 2–5 years in contract administration, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with PIEE/SAM.gov and ERP systems. This remote, full-time position offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2–5 years of contract administration, procurement, or related functions.
• Experience with government contracts and DoD/aerospace environments preferred.
• Familiarity with PIEE, SAM.gov, and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration through the full lifecycle and closeout.
• Review POs, contracts, amendments, and flowdowns for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze requirements, schedules, funding, and milestones; escalate risks.
• Prepare and maintain contract modifications, change requests, and approvals.
• Track deliverables, funding, delivery schedules, invoicing, and obligations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
