Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Contract Attorney for a busy legal department in a remote/hybrid setting based on client needs. This temporary contract assignment requires a JD, active bar license, and proven experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

You will support stakeholders, manage contract risks, and assist with lifecycle management while handling a high volume of documentation and deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active bar licensure.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to business stakeholders on contractual obligations and risk.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance initiatives.
• Review high volumes of invoices and related documentation.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution.
