Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Contract Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage the entire contract lifecycle, from MSAs to NDAs, ensuring terms are clear and compliant while mitigating risk.

The role interfaces with vendors and internal legal/finance teams to keep processes smooth and documented. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in business or law, have at least two years of contract experience, and are proficient with contract systems like Juro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or law and at least two years as a Contract Specialist.
• Experience with procurement, legal terminology, and risk management.
• Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and ensure high-quality execution.
• Proficient with contract management technology such as Juro.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and able to work full-time remotely with BYOD.

Responsibilities

• Own the full contract lifecycle from Master Service Agreements to NDAs.
• Review vendor terms, identify risks, and recommend mitigations before signing.
• Coordinate contracting processes and maintain SOPs between legal and finance teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for client contracting stakeholders and provide timely status updates.
