Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation seeks a Contracts Manager to own the commercial side of solar project contracts. You will lead sourcing, RFP processes, and end-to-end negotiations with EPCs and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and mitigation of commercial risk.

You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Delivery teams to draft, redline, and administer agreements, maintain templates, and drive on-time contract execution for utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contract management, commercial, or procurement experience, including at least 2 years with EPC or construction contracts.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, power, infrastructure, heavy civil, or large construction/EPC; utility-scale solar or renewables preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial negotiations of high-value EPC, construction, or supply agreements.
• Hands-on drafting, redlining, and administering commercial agreements with key terms (payments, milestones, warranties, indemnification, change orders).
• Familiarity with EPC/construction services agreement structures.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with delivery, engineering, finance, development, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP process end-to-end: build bid packages with engineering, finance, and project management.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid evaluation and present award recommendations to leadership.
• Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers, manage commercial risks.
• Draft and redline commercial agreements, maintain template library and playbooks.
• Coordinate contract execution: routing, signing, and distribution of agreements.
• Manage EPC/supplier performance via scorecards and reviews.
