Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of PV solar projects from 1 MWac to 100+ MWac, with a remote work setup. The role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams across development, engineering, finance, and legal to enforce contract requirements and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering/Construction Management, 2–5 years of PM experience, PMP is preferred, and familiarity with solar project practices.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 2–5 years PM/construction mgmt experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Solar/project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial aspects of solar projects, including contracts and procurement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (BD, development, eng, finance, legal) to drive project success.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk; report progress and performance metrics.
• Oversee client relations and communications; ensure contract compliance.
• Interface with EHS&S and contractors on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize Procore, Box and Mercatus for project information management.
• Mentor project team members and coordinate with functional managers.
